The Family Learning Signature Transition Project for Year 6 Families- Coming Soon!
The Family Learning Signature has proven itself to be a highly effective engagement and data gathering process, having been deployed successfully by schools and communities across the UK.
It is a methodology for engaging with families, gathering and analysing data and building consensus around a family’s capacity to support learning. Importantly, the Signature process helps to identify what can be done, and by whom, to strengthen that capacity. As part of a transition project we will be working with Year 6 families to support their transition from Primary to Secondary School.
More information coming soon!
