Charging for the use of School Premises

             The request for school premises lettings will be considered on an individual basis.  The Governing Body have the right to refuse lettings. 

The  school budget cannot be used to subsidise non-school activities, and community use of the school must at least            cover cost of hiring the school to community groups. The charges   set by the school cover the cost of opening the school, including the cost of caretaker time and utilities.

               The Governing Body reserves the right to waive any such hire charges if any letting is purposed to be for the direct benefit of the school Community.

The charges to be levied from the hire of school premises are:

For the use of the school hall £25.00 per hour (including the use of the toilets)

For the use of the school field £25.00 per hour (including the use of the toilets)

For opening the school    £10.00 per hour (weekdays)

                                         £15.00 per hour (Saturdays)

                                         £20.00 per hour (Sundays)

For closing the school      £10.00 per hour (weekdays)

                                        £15.00 per hour (Saturdays)

                                        £20.00 per hours (Sundays)

Lettings ending later than 10pm £5 extra to close the school.  All prices are inclusive of VAT.
