WALT: To find out what evidence we have about the Vikings, and to evaluate this evidence.
Today we will be exploring different Viking artefacts and discussing them in our live lesson! 

 

GOLD- Pick 4 of the Viking artefacts.

Write a summary of each artefact, explaining what they tell us about Viking life. Compare each artefact to the Anglo-Saxon artefacts.

In conclusion, answer the question, ‘Were Vikings more wealthy than the Anglo- Saxons?’

 

SILVER- Pick 5 artefacts to explore and Complete the table attached. Write a paragraph outlining the similarities and differences between them.

 

BROZE- Explore the 4 artefacts on the table and complete the rest. What is it? What is it used for? What does it tell us about the Vikings?
