For your Literacy session today we will be looking at adjectives (words we use to describe). Watch the teaching video below (you will need to click on the link)-this will explain your activity and give you some examples. Once you have watched the video, complete the task below in your home learning books.
Learning Activity
Choose a farm animal and draw a picture of it in your book. If you have colouring pencils, colour your picture in.
Red/Blue- Write 6 adjectives (wow words) to describe your animal.
Yellow/Orange- Write 4 adjectives (wow words) to describe your animal.
Green- Write 3 adjectives (wow words) to describe your animal.
Use the phonics sound mats to help you sound out your adjectives.
