Watch the teaching video below and then use the template below to complete the chart for your bad character.
Bronze- I would like you to use lots of different sentences and think about what similes (like or as) you could use to describe your character. For example, his teeth are as sharp as knives OR his teeth are sharp like knives.
Silver- I would like you to use varied sentence starters as well as similes and metaphors. For example, his eyes are fireflies glistening in the darkness.
Gold- I would like you to include metaphors and similes. I would also like you to think about all the interesting vocabulary you can use to describe your bad character. If you have a thesaurus, use that to help you or use one online.
Can you include some alliteration? For example, he is as hot as the sparkling, saffron sun. Here I have used interesting vocabulary and alliteration in my simile.
