Today we will explore Bonds to 7 and will start to learn about subtraction, or 'taking away'.

Green Group: Similar to yesterday's activity but with 7 objects. Can you find all the bonds to 7? Practise writing each number.
Orange Group: Similar to yesterday's activity but with 7 objects? Can you find all the number bonds to 7? Can you write these in a cherry model?
Yellow Group: Have a look at your number sentences from yesterday. Can you remember any of the bonds to 10 off by heart? Hold up ten fingers and take some away. How many did you take away? How many are left? Can you spot the pattern between this and your bonds to 10? Repeat for the rest of the bonds to 10. You do not need to write a subtraction sentence today.
Blue Group and Red Group: Use your fingers to answer the subtraction sentences on the Subtraction from 10 document. Show ten fingers and take the right amount away. How many do you have left? Can you spot the pattern between these subtraction sentences and your addition sentences from yesterday?
