Activities

 

Red Group: Pick three shapes. Write your own ‘I’m thinking of a shape’ clues.

 

Blue Group: Write your own ‘I’m thinking of a shape’ clues for a cube, sphere and cylinder.

 

Orange Group and Yellow Group: Complete a Venn diagram to show whether a selection of 3D shapes have a curved face, flat face or both. Label the sphere, cylinder, cuboid and cube.

 

Green Group: Complete a Venn diagram to show whether a selection of 3D shapes have a curved face, flat face or both. Identify where the cube and sphere fit in the Venn diagram.
