Hwb Heroes Assemble! A call to children and young people to become Hwb Heroes

There are writing activities attached below:
6M literacy - For this week's writing assignment I would like you to select one of the questions form the discussion menu and write a balanced argument. Remember, discussion texts are all about recognising both sides of the argument. In the WAGOLL I have discussed if children should do housework. Read through the text and identify all of the reasons I have stated, both for and against. Have a look at the connectives, generalisers and words to show opinion for example; on the other hand, alternatively, our class have argued, some children believe etc. It is important that you include a wide range of vocabulary in order to make your points detailed and clear. Please login onto Microsoft teams to view the assignment and success criteria.
6S literacy - Read chapters 5 and 6 of our class book and answer the group discussion questions on Teams. Then, using what you know about the two main characters, write a prediction of what you think they will do with the money and explain why (using the text as evidence).
