Body Coach Joe Wicks has launched live 30-minute PE sessions for children to take part in on YouTube.

At 9am every day, from Monday to Friday, Joe Wicks plans to deliver a live work out called ‘PE With Joe’ on his YouTube channel 'The Body Coach TV'. Don't worry if you miss a session as they are all going to be saved in the sub-pages below.
