Today we are going to look at fronted adverbials.

 

We did this earlier in the year on whiteboards and some of you have been trying to put it into your daily work.

Fronted adverbials come at the start of the sentence and add extra detail for the reader.

 

Read the PowerPoint or PDF (they are they same) or watch the video and use this website https://www.bbc.co.uk/bitesize/articles/zmwgsk7 to watch the videos and have a go at some challenges.

 

Then pick a challenge from the PowerPoint/ PDF.
